If you've signed up for our Premium Subscription then a personal coach is all part of the package. You'll find your first appointment in your coaching tab. You pick the time, we pick the coach. All of our coaches are experts in helping people manage and drive their careers.

You get personalized sessions with your coach and they'll be there for your entire career journey. In terms of scheduling, you can arrange 45-minute coaching sessions with them, one session at a time. Or, if you need immediate help, chat with our career care team 24/7.

Lots of resumes fall foul of the parsing bots and don't even make it to an actual HR human. We use the same technology as Fortune 500 companies to make sure that your story matches the role you’re going for. The technology behind it converts your resume to an easy to read format for recruiters and companies. But make sure you check it before you send it as information can get lost.

You might think you know yourself and the way you work, but sometimes it takes a bit of probing to get to the nub of your career fulfillment goals. The career assessment is a 15 minutes test that asks some pertinent questions and multiple-choice answers. You then get a report that gives you more insight into your work personality.

The test we have is an assessment of personality traits and how they affect your career, work styles and gives you feedback on what areas you can work on as well as what might be a potential culture fit. It won't tell people what careers to head into. If that sounds like a fit for you then you can sign up for our free subscription and try it out!

It's a great service but we don't actually "write" resumes at Korn Ferry Advance. We DO have parsing technology which looks at your current resume in the same way the HR bots would and it points out areas you can work on. Additionally, our coaches can go through and work with you on your resume, and help you with developing your personal brand.

Yes. Our subscription is month to month. Although we hope you'll stay as your career is a journey, with many things we can help with over time!

We’re sorry to see you go (hopefully it’s because we helped you find your dream job!), but cancelling your Korn Ferry Advance subscription is easy. Just log in, click on “Chat” in the menu bar, and in the message board, request that your subscription be cancelled. The Care Team will cancel your paid subscription immediately, though you’ll still retain all the features and benefits of a free account. Our Care Team is available 24/7, so they can help you manage any part of your account at your convenience.
