Many of us have stressed about wrapping up deadlines before we set up our out-of-office auto response. But have you ever actually canceled a vacation because of work? It turns out, lots of Americans report having changed their vacation plans, or just never taken days off in the first place. And despite piles of research proving that time off is beneficial for wellbeing and job satisfaction, many Americans still struggle to unplug even for one day.
